This is the summer, and I'm wasting my life away.
If You hear A song in blue Like a flower Crying For the dew That was my Heart Serenading you My prelude to a kiss

Well. I haven't written since pre-christmas. Ummm, well. What's happened.
Christmas was stressful and busy.
Boxing Day I didn't get out of my PJs all day.
The 30th I went to a wedding. A friend I haven't seen in ages marrying some guy she could have done much better than, she looked amazing though.
New Years I had tea and Midgets and then went to a party thrown by Tashanaaron. All up a pretty groovy way to see out the year.
Since then my family has been away so I've sat around home making great food for myself, had the ball-n-chain around, and generally just killed time in the fun way.
Today's song quote - Prelude to a Kiss, as sung my Billie Holliday.
Close your eyes Give me your hand Tell me Do you feel my heart beating Do you understand Do you feel the same

Yesterday I went into town, checked in at SJS, returned a library book, spent some gift vouchers - getting pants, shorts and ugly shirt from Hallensteins - and wasted another day of my life away.
Today, a duller version of yesterday.
Today's song quote - Eternal Flame, as sung by Susanna Hoffs.

Wow, I haven't written in like two weeks. And yet I have very little to write.
One of my friends is going out with my ex, with I have a few residual issues about, but I think I'll survive - and they are cute together.
Me and the ball-n-chain celebrated our four monthaversary thingee on Monday (22nd).
Otherwise, I don't have the much to write about. Eight days ago I broke my glasses during the Buffy series final, so spent five days blind and headachey. Got them back on Monday, and the $16.50 soldering job is pretty god, you can berely see it.
The shoes I only bough two and a half weeks ago have died already, so I have to find the receipt so I can take them back. And I have to see what's happening at Whitcoulls with my Dark City DVD, as it's taking ages and I rang up on the 11th and they said it was nearly here.
Oh, and I've spent the last two days hobbling around on a sprained ankle.
That's about all I have to say.
