Exercises of boredom often prove not worth the time

Having not washed or dressed on Wednesday, I had two actual things on on Thursday.

I met Oli for lunch, which is always nice.  Even if he judged me for not feeling like it was a soup sort of day.  Then I pottered for about 90 minutes looking in stores and failing to Christmas shop, before meeting some PhD student to be surveyed for his research.  It was about the tourism potential of 'plogging', which I do not believe has any tourism potential at all.  The only way I can see it being appealing is when it is people doing it in places they are personally invested in, not in foreign countries.

Friday I went pool with Tina, for what I suspect is probably the last time this year as the school term is wrapping up and she will be trapped by her children going forward.  I have no left my flat since getting home from the pool, or cooked (Friday and Saturday may have both been delivered dinners, Paasha and then Tokyo House tonkatsu).

Yesterday I spent entirely on my couch playing FF12 on my switch.  With shows I didn't need to pay attention to on my computer - I maybe should give the Netflix Alien Worlds series a go when I am actually paying attention, but I won't.

This morning I was greeted by a message from that romance scammer asking for money, at which point I told him he was in a spamfilter of a chat account and that I had told him nothing that wasn't publicly available information as I had obviously known he was scamming but was just seeing how he played the game.  And once it was clear he played the game poorly, he stopped being interesting.  He seemed very confused by it all, as he could understand how I had fallen for his very obvious rise.  I considered explaining all the things he had done wrong, but making better criminals is probably not a good act.
