Being a poor with no control of housing

My crappy apartment building's crappy ventilation is blowing a sweet chemical smell into my bathroom.
I am a bit worried it may be neighbours smoking P.
I don't want second-hand P smoke to be a feature of my life, I have enough problems already without P getting in my system and fucking my meds up even more.
